As a Lincolnshire “yellow belly” Lincoln is my home town (City), My wife (Lisa) and I have family and friends who live in the city and we are proud to be opening a third Domino’s store in Lincoln. We are a small company with the stores in Lincoln and one in Newark, we are proud to employ over 100 local people aged from 18-60+
After looking for a suitable site for a third store for quite a while.. We are very happy to have found this site. It is also good that we can re-open a site that could’ve stayed empty for some time.
We’ve also been very conscious that with continuing traffic congestion and the inevitable ongoing delays of the eastern and southern bypass (don’t get me started on that subject…) our customers have suffered and our delivery times have increased. As you can imagine this causes us some embarrassment and whilst our customers understand the issues with traffic in Lincoln, we still feel embarrassed when a customer, a friend or family member tells us their pizza took longer than they expected.
I have worked in the restaurant trade in Lincoln since the early 80’s (no comments please about my age..) and one of things I have learnt is that when you’re hungry, you want to eat NOW, so we must try and get your pizza to you quickly… When you consider that our ingredients are fresh, you can see why they call us the pizza delivery experts. From the moment you place your order, our team get to work to make your pizza using Domino’s Pizza classic ingredients: Original Fresh Dough, Vine-Ripened Tomato Sauce and Traditional Mozzarella Cheese… you just add your your favourite toppings.
Through world-class training programmes, competitive pay rates and great incentives, we encourage our people to develop their talents and release their potential. I know that sounds a bit ‘corporate’ but we do feel that if we train our team using the correct training methods we can ensure our team give our customers great service!
Ultimately, we want to continue to be proud of our team and be proud of our stores…. We love it when someone asks “what do you do?” and we say we have the Domino’s Pizza stores in Lincoln and Newark and they say “We love Domino’s” or “We love the service we get from your stores”
The new store will be a great asset to the Gowts Bridge area... We take great care to ensure our stores look good and are spotless! All our current stores obtained a 5 Star on the local council’s SCORES ON THE DOORS food hygiene awards.. The highest available!
Of course we encourage feedback good and bad and via our customer service number (24hr answer machine), email email@example.com our website www.lincoln-pizza.co.uk twitter http://twitter.com/DominosLincoln and facebook you can tell us about the good things we do or tell us about a problem you’ve had big or small… We really do want to know!
